By the curiosity and the desire to produce wines, Fábio Fedi, created Finca Veduta.
Italian grandchild, since childhood had great passion for cooking. Gastronomy graduated from the University Anhembi Morumbi in São Paulo-SP and the International Sommelier FISAR by UCS-ICIF in Flores da Cunha-RS. After being chef-owner for 10 years at his rotisserie, he decided to devote to the world of wine, putting into practice this other passion developed over his life. Just before leaving the command of the pans, Fábio step up studies in viticulture. Traveling to Mendoza, Argentina, in 2015, could realize the dream of having his own vineyard, Finca Veduta. Veduta, is an Italian word that means view, not only in the sense of sight, but as landscape, a magnificent view. It was with this, that Fabio was met by visiting the site of his land. It was love at first sight.Thus was born the Finca Veduta.

The Vines of Mendoza


Finca Veduta is a part of the project The Vines of Mendoza. Founded in 2005 and situated along more than 350 hectares in the prestigious Uco Valley, offers wine lovers the opportunity of becoming a producer to acquire a private vineyard, professionally run and managed.
The Vines of Mendoza acts to refine practices and the cultivation and production processes. Based operating sector, along with the talented team of agronomists and winemakers - including the consultant winemaker, Santiago Achaval, one of the most reputable Argentine winemakers according to Wine Spectator and Wine Advocate - help every step of the way to produce more than 300 customized wine per year using more than 25 different varieties of each producer.

Wine Notes: Deep ruby color, with great intesity, on the palate is sweet and smooth, thanks to the remarkeble presence of mature and round tannins.

Matching: Chicken farm, poultry and red meat grilled on the grid and vegetables, grilled filet migonon with butter and herbs, roasted lamb loin with mint sauce, stuffed peppers with ground beef, lentil stew with smoked ham.
Service: Decant for 1 hour before serving at a temperature around 16 degrees.

Wine Notes: Deep violet in color, this co-fermentation expresses an intense bouquet of forest fruits and plum. On the nose, it presents elegant notes of soft green pepper, aromas of oak, nuts and caramel, from the French oak barrel. Complex, balanced, persistent and powerful body with great aging potential.

Wine Notes: This rosé has a bright light pink color. Attractive, elegant and alive. There is a remarkable aromatic intensity on the nose, reminiscent of fresh herbs, cherry and watermelon. Fresh in the mouth, with medium body. Perfect to enjoy its coolness on hot days.

Located at 1.100 meters in Los Sauces, district of Tunuyán, in Uco Valley (Mendoza, Argentina), presents continental desert climate and rocky soil. Good sun exposure, large amplitude thermal and soil irrigated with pure water thaw of the Andes, Finca Veduta has the ideal conditions to make wines with great expression and identity.
